
As my schedule demands a 6:20a start from Wesley, MINCX is the machine. Better wind protection, ability to haul (uniform parts, groceries, laundry) and better suited for route 192. BTWXD and the rally get wound up, higher revs and one cylinder means more vibration.
MINCX’s engine is bigger than both small bikes combined, twice plus but not thrice. It’s going to need an oil change and I have a fresh set of sprockets and chain, but those will wait until a winter project. Maybe.
I’ve been meaning to true the timing, that means pulling the radiator and the cylinder head. Prolly not going to happen whilst commuting. Dunno, on with the dust off and shakedown ride. It’s been a year, coinciding with the interment of Terry.,,
