Ditto! This second win included rethreading the mount. They weren’t shot, but it doesn’t take much once that story starts! The hardware on the first and insufficient bash plate weren’t stellar (in fact I even had to return the first I received as it wasn’t up to par. Plastic “weld” and all that. Went for a much burlier bashplate from Adventure Spec once I discovered it. Same company that makes the side guard seen in the top picture. Preparing the bike for duty!!)
YES, I used one of my new ratcheting spanners to great effect!
