Yesterday I stocked the floor until the new full time cut fruit person left at 2:30, then made this veggie platter as well as a cut fruit platter (same size but mounded with fruit instead of veggies). We make these a couple times a month by order, they are 55 bucks so definitely a built to order scenario.
It’s not that it was good to get out of the house, but working and interacting with people was a pleasant shift. It was Friday afternoon so had a very different vibe than morning. We sell more flowers than I realized, separate contract though, I don’t deal with that station…
