I had a small shopping list, and got a hankering in the meantime. We had a TON of fresh dill (we are switching fresh herb distributor) and I bought a pack (the advantage of working in the department: we were out on the floor so I popped back into the cooler, stocked five and put one in my basket) and bagels.
I’ve successfully conjured some killer salmon trim spread, the special guest has been lemon grass I purchased for my Asian slaw ferment (and it’s time I made another batch, it was a hit and welcomed by a niece and nephew).
The sun has finally burned off the morning fog, I’m feeling a little overwhelmed. It so stunningly gorgeous that my to-do list is overwhelming. I did some moto maintenance on MINCX last night, and would love to ride. I’m afraid I might not come home if I started…
It’s been a special four days on my land, and I’m not doing pavement though. I wheeled the trash out to it yesterday morning, and walked out again in the afternoon to collect my 120v (plugin) submersible waterfall pump, but that’s all the pavement I want!!!
