So instead of trying to figure it all out ahead of time, NOW, I’m proceeding gently and mindfully.
There are many layers to simply making the riser, let alone connecting the water heater to it, upgrading the flu/chimney and completing the bench. Focusing on prepping the site now, what the base of the riser will be. (It needs a foundation and I have to go down into the bench to get to solid footing.)
