More stove lesson data

I’m getting into the tangle, and noticed that when I was first running the system REALLY hot, that heat made it down in past the flus I burnt out. Good data to learn from, incorporate into the evolving design.

A couple things about the deformed pipe, assurance that it won’t be an issue in the future. 1) The riser/sinker I am building, like the barrel will soften the heat before it gets down into the tangle, flu between the stove and water heater. 2) I stopped burning the stove like that. 3) For good measure/reassurance, the exhaust from the stove will be traveling about 8 feet before it gets to the water heater (through the riser/sinker) while my design (and ultimately fail) this winter, the distance was about three feet.

For a few weeks, too much heat was getting into the flu, water heater. I stopped insulating the flu, I put heat sink around the flu as well. I also stopped running the stove so hot.

This is exciting and motivating. Onward with foundation prep
