But no solution. The other day I went to the hardware store I purchased the frost free sillcock at, they had no parts, no awareness of parts. I’ve investigated, the cartridge is buggered up and appears to have a missing piece…

I’ve plugged the hole and will interact with the hardware store knowing what I need. It might be cheaper than buying it through the sillcock company’s website (which directed me to some random plumber’s YouTube channel, albeit helpful…)
