Cooking with electric, it’s a pain the butt to clean!!
Working on staying ahead, especially as I don’t know how long I’ll be here. It might be a year or three, likely through next Christmas/peak delivery, but change is the only constant.
The guillotine is poised over Express, when the blade finally falls through is up in the air. It’s a source of stress, aggravation and affecting morale (in a multitude of negative ways).
Id rather be motorcycling, just not ready to pull the plug…
