Nothing fancy, super practical. A product of the weather to some degree.
This is what I call Cranky Cold. Below 20, it’s just more than I need. I like to be outside, except it’s below 20. I love being outside, doing things, but this cold makes me cranky (realistically my RESPONSE) because it complicates doing pretty much anything.
It’s visceral, it’s uncomfortable. It’s NOT insurmountable, but the efforts involved loose my interest, budget, carbon footprint…
Both radiators open, making some tea. I’ll simmer and then start figuring out what goes in which bucket. If nicer weather were on the horizon I’d cleanup the materials and tools and take them upta camp. For now I’m just gonna hunker down with it all, inside…
