
Scale is displayed in the upper left hand corner of the screen, give or take (probably within inches) in The native Apple Maps app.
A nickel was a wee bigger than 25’, so I traced it out on a piece of paper, cut and affixed it to a chopstick.
This gives an approximate sense of where the growdome might sit on the property, in the gorchard. It’s also helpful in illustrating its orientation.
I have three door placement options (see color coded diagram, previous post) and the southwestern option will be perfect.
There’s nothing like being on the property with measuring apparatuses, but it is rather helpful on where to start.
Some trees are going to be rearranged but I think the fence can stay for now. The posts are beginning to fail so it’s a matter of sooner than later before it’s addressed. From here, through, the dome looks like it will be inside.
I’ll be there tomorrow or Monday so eager to put to use what I’ve gleaned from this exercise!!!!
