Above is a screenshot from my email in box this adternoon. I got an email advertising a couple things, top one.
The following emails explain how busy I’ve been, WAY ahead of the official email from the Phish gang.
I purchased/preordered a TAB record, and ordered tickets for two different shows the first show is in Portland and I’m going with Cedar and (hopefully his other dad) John. The second is in Boston the following night, less than 30min from the BigHouse.
The irony is that the top email might have been too little too late, like insult to injury. TAB (the Trey Anastasio Band, the lead guitarist forPhish) shows don’t necessarily sell out, certainly not as fast as Phish shows. The record will, it’s just a matter of time.
My life certainly wouldn’t end if none of these things happen in my life, but it’ll certainly be better if they do. The record arrives in August, the concerts are the second weekend in September. It’ll mark the passing of summer, be a wonderful blast, and exemplify the coming winter delivery lockdown schedule!
That’s why I’m taking a four day weekend after work tomorrow!!
