I have long suffered from “if it’s on my plate and delicious, DOWNTHEHATCH…”. No bueno for many reasons
The plate bereft of ort was the avocado cilantro chipotle taco sauce sour cream and lime slurry of a fork mash dressing. The turkey nachos, didn’t finish. The turkey veg meal in the bowl, didn’t finish.
Smaller plates, smaller portions, listening to body versus taste buds. The crowd can have the leftovers, orts….
