With some welcome shower activity. I covered the wood pile, and hope this counts as a watering for the garden. It was windy this morning with 100% chance of thundershowers. This first wave is thunderless.
I have a couple applications out and one low key offer (prepping at Mason’s where I worked a couple summers ago. Staff has shifted and there seems to be less toxicity. I’m reluctant to put all my eggs in that basket though)
There’s a full time yard position at my preferred lumber yard but it’s rotating saturdays and a 7-5 work day. That’s a wee more than I’m interested in. It’s lovely to have options!
