Last night

I processed and began fermenting ginger. The young gals processing my groceries said “That’s a lot of ginger!” We had a fun quick conversation about fermented foods, one was already onboard!

It didn’t occur to me to ferment one of my favorite things, but learned of its many benefits. I had to move some dilly beans into the fridge to free up a vessel.

Work has returned “to normal”. Express got Ground out of the weeds. I was about to just turn in my ID, gas card and uniforms. The well loan is paid off (huge fanfare as angelic choir sings!!!) so I’ll ride the summer wave…
