I’m spent, going to cook some lamb and fiddle with frying potatoes, like micro-fries, “frites” in Canada, aka matchstick fries, and other similar things. Or not 🤷🏽‍♂️

Not splendidly motivated, as you might infer. Fresh kale is booming in the grome, so that’s on the menu while the rest of the seedlings respond to the heat. It’s cool watching it happen. The crickets are already signing in there, it’s a wee off, but part of the micro-biome!
