It’s actually sunny

So I’ll take the quantum leap. The MOTOZ are on, and as I got btwxd off the stand was reminded I’d installed a rear shock! The back end isn’t marshmallowy! Now it even has teeth! I’m giddy with anticipation…

It’ll come as no surprise that I’m watching weather, but careful observation will reveal not locally! I’m pondering when (and how many times!) to pop down to the northern terminus of the MABDR and do some scouting, shakedown rides.

Do I wait for the tent? Do I go, return and then squeeze in another jaunt before the summer routine locks me in? It’s only 10 hours away, I’ve explored and gotten good feedback on parking options.

What I oughta be doing instead of sharing the process here is getting the seaweed out of the trailer! Packing gear and some snacks could happen in mere hours, but trailering the bike is more involved
