The plenum tweak and door upgrade have taken the stove project to
PAUSE
The ball is rolling nicely, it needs to roll some before we get into more projects, “the finish” to some degree.
Last week disby was asking “is it done?” to which I retorted “it may never be DONE”….
It’s not a loose end, it’s doing what it needs to now and it’s the first road trip. Sure, the test drive is “done” and now we roll.
Yah, what was I doing? It’s been an immersive couple weeks, with much to show for it. More cleanup, gear up bed production in the grome, wait for the water to recede in the pond, back to dirt and fresh air.
Mortar, bricks, metal, ceramic fire board, cast iron stovetop, it’s been a fascinating project somewhat out of my wheelhouse. But I guess defining what that specifically is wouldn’t be easy…
Okay, yah, back to dirt and fresh air and plants, guess I’ll get on with growing something I can cook on my stove!
