Was getting the secondary intake sorted! It was a little bit of an adventure, but same day service for $50, I’m stoked!!!
Unfortunately the guy that was supposed to sell me fire clay was coaching chess, and he’s the only one that does ANYTHING in the basement. LAME, especially as I don’t need the secondary intake until after the stove is mostly built. Ah well…
I did, however score the tank metal/pond sides. Cut to length and it’s on the property. Scored some play sand for the corners before the liner goes in (and I won’t hold water until then!)
Had a lovely lunch with Grandy at the Dysarts mothership in Hermon. Good to catch up.
