In my plumbing things, I discovered what I hoped was the plug I needed.
I have a junction (AKA T-block) at my propane tank. One goes upstairs, hasn’t been used in a decade at least, and the other runs to the cookstove in the kitchen.
I’ve been getting very faint whiffs of propane upstairs. Reminded me I’ve been meaning to disconnect that loooong black iron pipe and fittings that runs upstairs (to the heating stove that’s connected but not exhausting and the water heater that was moved to 26 Sterling St. 15 years ago)

WINNING!! No trip to town, no purchase necessary, end of propane whiffs! Felt familiar being around a tank and fittings, even though I didn’t really do that part.
Mostly loaded and hopping on MINCX to head down to Round Pond, I work at 8am so will buzz down this afternoon, back again Sunday after working. (Almost feels like a routine)
