Buzzed into town

For two things, some REAL caulk for the shome and, well, to ride!

I finished bucking the 4Footers. It wasn’t quite two tanks, the last portion did some other saw chores before it ran dry. (That’s the best way to store a saw, unless full, but the latter usually turns out messy eventually).

I stacked the rounds, had lunch, listened to the birds and organized my brain for the coming travels, then realized I could accomplish two things.

I rode to town, scored some legit (not water based, silicone percentage moot) caulking after some debate at the hardware store. On the way I home I swing through Rouqe Bluffs and got my eyes and nose on the ocean. Simply amazing DownEast day, no matter where I went!

I got some seams caulked and this stuff will likely fit the bill. The silicone was “sticking” but not adhering. It wasn’t sealing seams, I could roll it off the surface with my flat hand.

Upgraded, I’ll keep plugging away. It’s messy stuff and though easy enough to smooth immediately out of the gun, still builds up on the fingers. Looking forward to seeing if it keeps the water out.

Now to packing, airing tires, connecting the trailers etc
