The double boiler. It does such a nice job gently warming leftovers, nothing sticks to the (inner) pan.
Not having a microwave doesn’t seem strange. It’s actually strange being around them, they’re rather common.
It’s probably more efficient to warm leftovers in a microwave. Guilty pleasure I guess…
I’m using the propane stove as I don’t need a fire midday once the bench and floor are warmed up. Morning and evening fires keep the temp up
