Glue and screw!! Two pan head screws pull the foot against the fore of frame one
Beefy fillets and filling gaps with thickened epoxy tie it all together. I considered running a screw up through the keel and stem into the front of the foot, but decided the potential for splitting something was a distinct possibility. Two screws up through the keel sucked it down nicely, and lots of thickened epoxy filled gaps.
That sucker isn’t going ANYWHERE. I do like epoxy, it’s akin to welding wood!
