Like so. It was all going rather smoothly and a teeny gob of epoxy flicked into my eye. I finished what I needed to blinking rapidly while swirling my eye around (makes it hard sticking the squarehead but into a #6 siliconized bronze screw) and then flushed it well inside.
The epoxy is setting up nicely, I’ll prep for the second inwale but not doing it tonight. Tomorrow I’ll start on the seat cleats and begin fitting the thwart halves. I have closed cell insulation/flotation material upta camp but don’t think I’ll wait until after next weekend.
I’m going to put Downy into storage and go to my mechanic again (grumble grumble) in the hopes of addressing the wobble in the rear which didn’t get fixed on the first trip…
The stuffed cabbage leaves were a hit, I’m slow cooking another tonight on the stove top, the grains could have used a little more time/moisture. A simple white rice would have worked better, but there is so little nutrition in it…
