Meanwhile in the skies above, the Blur Angels are making an absolute racket “practicing” for the shows on Saturday and Sunday on the air base in Brunswick. It’s interesting how many despise that sound/concept while, as one gal put it at work, “it’s the sound of freedom.” I obviously didn’t engage in conversation relating to that, what’s the point of attempting to shed light on someone that’s brainwashed. I’ll be glad when the fly off to their next show, it’s been a very noisy week! It’s incredibly disruptive, and wasteful…
To be realistic, their sound was partially responsible for a spill I made delivering oil yesterday. It wasn’t a good day overall, we are short a driver and it’s going to potentially be a rough winter. Hiring drivers isn’t going well so far.
I very much prefer driving one truck and delivering one product. That might not be the case…
