Took the trash to the transfer station despite yesterday being trash pickup day here on Loop. I didn’t want to leave the recycling in the rain, so that inspired the trip.
I had a couple clynk bags so trucked further down the road to the new Hannafords in Cooks Corner. Man, it’s huge, modern layout, wow. And busy. Walmart has reigned supreme in Cooks Corner long enough, amen! The store opened a couple weeks ago and it’s a serious green light!!
I hadn’t food shopped since leaving for vacation so had some gaps to fill…
I did NOT continue on to Brunswick to the record store, despite wanting to. I was in Hedwig and just didn’t feel like going further away from the rent. I am learning about turntable setup and might go later, but the store, DeepGrooveRecords by the Hannaford in Brunswick, has limited hours (and still masks on, part of passing, I enjoy not wearing them, never really got the hang of it, but never didn’t when necessary [I suppose that last statement is rather subjective…])
