The shift in the cleanse. The directions are to cleanse for 7 days, I finish the cleanse pills as I’m not going to dispose of them, pushing the cleanse to 10 days.
Tomorrow instead of cleansing herbs in my smoothies/shakes I add greens capsules. My bluegreen algae and healing greens mix from the west coast oughta be arriving momentarily, simply fabulous timing.
