It’s always a treat

To get upta camp.

This visit exemplifies how perspective, context influences constants.

After a week of hard work (physically and mentally) and quiet deep sleeps, last night’s slumber wasn’t as profound as of late. (Since I left last July, most notably after moving to Hotel Road, getting up here felt like retreating from a war zone and decompressing for a day or two, NEVER long enough…)

Don’t get me wrong, it was epically delicious, but having moved to a place where the beauty rivals this, and is actually quieter in ways, makes it stand out less.

It’s not a complaint, in fact it’s absolutely awesome, a welcome shift. Simply worthy of note!

Off to P&J for some brunch vittles, then I’ll show you the trailer load. Rather successful day yesterday, nuisance snow, cold hands and a press to get on the road precluded making record of it…
