I was coming home from errands yesterday via the back way to swing by work for a driver log tutorial. Saw this sign posted along the river on Ferry road in Lisbon. Beat up two car garage on it.
Turns out it’s 66 acres. Not only is that more than I need, it costs $220K. It’s been logged and quite the mess, but would make a lovely home plot.
It’ll prolly sit idle and get developed when the area grows more. It’s in the “low rent” district, small houses, lots of trailers, cluttered yards.
Worth poking around though. I’d rather pay $700/month towards something of my own, not to listen to my landlords bump around upstairs…
