This “based in Colorado made in China” company makes cool stuff if, like me, you’re a Mason jar user. (I almost pulled the trigger on a different company but was pausing as the closure lids were plastic. I dug deeper and found stainless steel!)
For both wide and narrow mouthed jars a variety of accessories take jar use to the next level.
A stainless steel screw on juicer, a tempered glass weight and burping cover (with SS rim) and a SS cover with pour spout. (The latter has some plastic, that’s our world)
I limited myself to 2 fermentation setups so as to not get ahead of myself, have too many things going at once, looking at avoiding waste and over collection of kitchen stuff
Hot sauce of the left, kraut on the right (with some kale, it’s hard for me to see a single ingredient in a recipe…)
