While I despise

Leaving my van like this (that’s 20 out of 22 packages NOT delivered) there was no way I was going to pound the pavement. Freight was on schedule (and on Monday that means early) and I swooped up the pickups in Machias before my freight arrived, dropped a med/perishable (it’s not always easy to tell, but either way, those are the delivery priorities) and whilst en route to Lubec to drop a bunch, I whipped around is it was getting ugly quickly (it had been snowing only an hour)!

Twenty miles inland it was snowing at a much lighter rate, but still blowing.

This is a very different storm from this winter’s pattern. It isn’t heavy, wet, but it’s blowing around and not accumulating much, where it’s blowing that is. Several hours of more snow means it will continue to accumulate somewhere, like the mouth of the drive in the trees…
