I’ll call it “prototyping”
It’s a thanksgiving burger, or Christmas dinner burger. The lighting isn’t flattering, but it’s from an idea I saw someone make. They put stuffing in a little circular waffle iron to make the “bread” for a thanksgiving sandwich. Brilliant!!
I’m not getting a waffle iron, and don’t want a top layer, so fiddled with making a stuffing crisp for the bottom. Straight up turkey burger, some (nontrad) mash and butternut squash, gravy and cranberry.
Highly effective prototype, good crunch and that holy blend of flavors. The next version will have brussel sprouts.

Freight will hit the road quickly like Monday, on Friday. A well seasoned driver predicted “heavy” for Saturday, start time TBA. I’ll be relaxed and well fed!
