Wires placed, go time

Ah yes, all that, but more educated this time

Chunky wires to carry the pump load. It’s no easy feet lifting water 300+ feet! This switch has a low and high cut off. It kicks the pump off at 60psi, back on when pressure dips to 40psi. The gauge helps explain what’s going on, data.

Even chunkier wiring for the heater!

Going in!!

Lights about to go out. The main breaker is still thrown, waiting to hear confirmation about the switch wiring.

The two pair in my hand are already grounded. The pump is wired directly to the panel. In Spanish a switch is called an “interrupter” which is exactly what it does, interrupts the flow of electricity. In the Pressure switch case, a diaphragm measures the water pressure in the system, no interruption between 40-60psi.

Buttoned up outside with improved insulation. Checking the weather to see what’s up tomorrow. The north wall rarely gets wet, but I’m eager to seal it up.
Imma go in and tidy up a bit, then finish the wiring and button up the breaker box, fire things up and see how I did!
