Gave me the incorrect adapter for the pump. The correct one from FWWebb is the proper fit, and better in that stainless on stainless is better in the long run. Dissimilar metals do all sorts of funky things over time. I’d LOVE to never have to pull the pump in my life, and shopping accordingly.
Proper and high quality drill bits to make a hole in the casing for the pitless adapter, FULL stainless steel hose clamps for submersion and the long haul, connecting pipes to hardware, and electrical tape for securing the pump connection and wire to the pipe. Three submersible ready shrink tubes are visible as well, protecting the connection between pump and wire 300’ feet below grade, and the twist created by the torque from the pump every time it snaps on. (It doesn’t wind up like a motor in a car, it starts pumping at full velocity, IMMEDIATELY! That’s a lotta torque, but ironically, I do not plan on installing a torque arrester, but won’t bore you with the minutia…)
Time to dig a hole below freezing level so I can drill a hole in the casing
