A couplefew years ago

My neighbor razed the dilapidated cabin between us when he was exploring well options. (He first had one dug, didn’t pan out.). Most of said home was crammed into a dumpster and buh-byed.

12 & 19 feet

These two beams (which I had coveted long before the place was razed) were left behind and he said “Sure!” when I inquired about having them.

I let them sit too long in the forest, but they aren’t useless. I’ll trim the rot off a couple ends and let them dry out for a better sense of what they might be put towards.

Like the stone I moved yesterday, if you can budge it an inch or foot, you can relocate it! The (orange) pulp hook proved its worth as I gently dragged the beams across the forest floor. It was a fun and simple process, for a guy who doesn’t go to the gym, that demanded extreme focus. When a pulp hook looses itself while (big-time) force is being exerted very (big-time) bad things can happen!
