Despite feeling yucky

Last night, I started disassembly.

I must have picked up a coodie while in the field delivering. A dull sore throat amplified in the afternoon along the body yuck factor. Hydration is a constant battle and got a little behind. As I’m still adjusting the new routine that isn’t entirely routine (regarding my start and end times), the water drinking is finding its rhythm. The heat and constant air movement in the truck are turning me into a prune!

Hot salt water gargle softened the throat after the discomfort was just enough to keep me from sleep. Come morning I’m off, but ahead on the healing curve. It’s so easy to take wellness for granted!

I’m fiddling with the stove as it’s productive, but quiet, out of the sun and mosquitoes and part of the overall “moving back in” scheme. Looking forward to a rainy day program tomorrow.
