I didn’t get around to last weekend. I showed you the noodle bowls, I had chicken carcasses to make stock, but didn’t.
I soaked beans to cook, but didn’t. I trucked them to the apartment in the pressure cooker, made them during the week.
The seal on the top of the Æturnum pressure cooker (Italian made) is compromised. It’s ridiculous how much harder it is to cook beans without the pressure! I’m exploring replacement options
In the meantime, some beans are welcome with eggs, bacon and Napa cabbage. No bread to sop up the gravy? Good morning silicone scraper, I love you!!!
