I don’t have quite enough material for the fourth and final “sliding bed bucket” but I’m close! The third one in (from the left/radiator) needs sanding to operate as the edges are rough sawn ash. It’s still useful though!
The Tea Table has been leveled and some shelving installed. Lumber cost? ZERO!! Sanding remains to be seen, I feel like I’ve already made a month’s worth of racket in this quiet building…
Earlier I got laundry done, then trucked upta the hardware store. Seemed odd that there was a large font 8×11 sheet saying “closed until further notice” so I checked in next door at a convenience store/deli. (I’ve been scoping them out so it was the perfect opportunity!)
Cat at the register explained it, at my query he answered “Yah, died with with his boots on.” I bought a couple beers and a monstrous egg salad sammy (that was 4 bux!) and chatted a little more on the way out. Hope the hardware store opens back up, they fill a huge hole in the Fairmont neighborhood, NOT the big box store so many simply flock to….
