I lay damp things on the cable box/modem/thing (that I never used to watch anything) 0to finish drying them. Lest I leave them in the drier that loves to eat lint (do I have to make it obvious?!)

While my new apartment may have fewer radiators (and stairs and feet of ceiling space and rooms) I have a full on radiator in the front room. That sort of heat reminds me of burning wood. I had several conversations today about the coming cold!
John was talking about conversations with people about heating sources, heat pumps. “But is it HOT?!” was his point.
