Totally nailed the fire, hot fast and started cooking! I grabbed an Amatos sub on the way out of town, eating it in the parking lot with some Maine potato chips, fuel….

Found some ribs on the quick shop, spice smear and seer, in the Dutch oven with already cooking veggies. The pick shows them taking the autumn turn, NOT pumpkin spice latte smoothie Starbucks surprise, just a local apple, butternut squash and organic ginger. (The pot is a little acidic, mustardy, I’m looking to soften smooth and round it while the pork ribs cook down)

Yes, it’s good to be home!!!
