Today, just bits of sorting and organizing. Shuffling a bale of straw to the grome, returning with play sand (as it’s part of the homemade mortar I’ll be using on the stove build). Sorting out wood scraps, bucking up some for burning, saving others for projects.
I had a nice break through thought progression regarding the upcoming kitchen counter project, whipping a tape measure around and doing bits of math and visualization.
Much of my upcoming weekend will be focused on rain prep. The amount predicted fluctuates a bit, but it looks promising for enough to lay the dust, feed the spring bulbs that are popping out their greens to charge up for winter, get the firewood covered!!!
Off now to work, it’ll be quiet (business wise) so likely low key in the kitchen
