But I’ve made a pleasant discovery! This relates to the potential of a hot tub. It’s not if, but when, and hopping in and out of a tub with a grimy body fouls the water right quick.
I don’t need a hot tub to consider cleanliness, but it’s a motivator. The same company I’ll likely get my drop in stovetop from has a variety of water heaters, many of them “portable”. They are filling a growing niche of campers and cabin types, “off grid” if you will.
The above model is a stand alone heating system. Plug in a water source (it has 13 feet of lift so would pull from the well should I hard plumb it) and connect it to a battery (that runs the pump). There, a water heater that doesn’t need to be plugged into the wall, or have pressurized water. Fits the bill here upta camp!
Where to set it up is the question, and a fun ponderance! (No, that’s not a word, but I love the concept, practice!)
