My aging outdoor propane burner has been a little frustrating. The small round burner and distance from the support to the burner have been creating a local/central hotspot on pans. Small pans not a big deal, but the distance still an issue.
I did some research and pulled the trigger on a stainless steel cooker/burner. The gap in the middle over the burner means I’ll have to use a grate or grill or something, but wow, the burner is monstrous! the distance to the Brent is actually bigger, but the flame spread/pattern/SIZE will make up for it…
I’ll create a stand for it soon, but going to make some dinner and give it a test run! I’ll be in bed around dark, yesterday was a fun looooong day, and tomorrow I have errands to accomplish before work at 3:30p
