Left Williamsport late afternoon and the asphalt got narrower and narrower, crossed the river in Lockhaven and to head south(ish) and crushed some gravel road miles. I snuck off the road to the edge of a cut and set up before dark, barely.
Such an amazing area, ravines (they call them runs down here) and forests, lots of running water and plenty of twisty elevation gain. Great getting back on btwxd after a couple fun days with friends, furniture, a kitchen and a porch, a couple showers.
Tomorrow I’ll head north (I’m outside Mifflinburg
) and pass but then situate myself to arrive in Waterville/Pine Creek Valley where Friday I’m working a shift in a restaurant, basically a live interview. Check out Happy Acres Resort
