Using the internet is getting more complicated all the time. To purchase a ticket I needed an access code, with ZERO explanation of how to get one. Called the venue and got cut off.
Got out the laptop to ensure it wasn’t an iOS snag, I was missing something. Iimmediately a ticket sale site comes up, scroll and click, just under $500 for a general admission ticket. Hmmmmm
Closer examination reveals that the seller hasn’t even acquired the ticket yet, what a slick scam. Laptop not helping…
I download (onto the iPad) the ticket selling app from the venue website, same loops and access code issue. Call the venue again, I’m getting itchy, only 1200 tickets, things sell out with bots and fanatics, is this happening? I get a human, she tells me I need to sign up for emails for access codes, but then mentions what the access code is for this show, I thank her profusely and mention it’s snowing in Maine, pause on the other end…

My knickers were slowly twisting as some redundancies occurred with camping passes and having to re-login and minutes are going by…. Lordy, good thing I have meditating profusely whilst cleansing, I was feeling the twist, but kept my grip!
I over came, and once back in the midcoast area I will have my ticket printed out (for a buck a page) so I don’t have to bring my phone into the venue. (There are things I aspire to, as an aside here, like not owning/using microwaves, printers, learning how to use modern video game controllers…). There is a mailing/copy storefront in West Bath that does all sorts of those things, I’ve utilized them for package processing, returns. It’s way easier and cheaper than using a printer!!
Sorry, not taking any pictures inside, NOT carrying ANYTHING inside (except for earplugs, but those won’t bog me down).
I have a summer destination. Plenty happens between now and then, onward with something splendid to look forward to!!!!
