About not spending as much time motocamping as I had hoped for/planned on this summer. Regardless, I’m putting some finishing touches on my kit

Minimalist and light tools take up less room while weighing less. Ditto for certain cooking/heating options. I am a devotee of the “Light is Right” sect/club/cult for many reasons.
While I adore my trusty MSR white fuel stove, which I’ll be using car camping in moto-land in April, I’ve locked in on “alternative” fuel source options. The little “wood stove” is a titanium teepee of sorts (that folds up flat into practically nothing!), able to support cookery and food while burning small bits of wood or whatever combustibles you want throw in. Including the small titanium “converter” (penny) stove that burns alcohol (and tabs/gels when flipped, but alcohol is easily produced, cheap, burns cleanly and bereft of fossils…)
Disappointed, yet still excited and eager, and struggling with the irony of my passion being so deeply intermingled with fossil fuel/petroculture. Ah life!!!
