It’s a process

I’m reading a book that a fellow student at Kripalu School of Massage leant me 17 years ago. (Deedles was in utero)

It takes time, it’s not clear, linear…. It’s the Zen paradox of unpredictably predictable, it’s a process.

It’s all here now, it just takes time to let it in, allow it, trust and accept it.

I applied for a Vipassana retreat in July, a ten day meditation retreat. Despite being “open” on the website, I’m on a waitlist. Oh irony clobber me…. I can explore other options, centers are aplenty, does Buddha want me to take a longer motorcycle ride to get there?! Or not go at all, am I “already there”?!

Dunno, it’s a process, I’ll keep you posted…
