A couple gorgeous avocados gave rise to these for lunch.

Last night I grilled salmon trim and leftover shrimp cocktail from MBL. Seafood tacos in the January sun, now to setup the cutting station on the porch. Repeated in and out is going to be a nuisance, but cutting (wood for the shelves) indoors would be dusty ridiculousness. At least it’s a sliding door, mere inches from both ends of the project!
