Getting started

With a cuppa tea and some surplus baked goods from “the number one baker in Maine” (James Beard finalist obvi) that came with Deedles via other dad Salami-chubs.

AND already “had a grateful”, declaring that sleeping well and not having elimination issues is a beautiful thing. (I scrubbed pretty much all day, full on Cinderella inside cabinets, counter legs and floor edge grime removal, slept like a log after a couple spotty nights. I decided, including conversing with cohorts, about the necessity of exercise. My body has adapted to and assimilated the salad room work load, it’s not adequate in regards to calories burned, muscles moved!)
