Rain is mostly passed, leaves blew around and a bajillion pine cones came down, but no storm damage, HUZZAH
Missed the PURPLE last night but my CalKing is comfy enough, replete with gusty rain outside. Unfortunately yanked from deep sleep by a rabbit being hunted and killed by some clawed and toothed denizen of the dark. What a racket, the rabbit screaming and thrashing, the denizen making snuffling snarling mouth full of fur hunting bliss noises. Took a little while to undo that jarring wake…
Piling things and organizing commences, it’s not raining but somethings will be in the car for protection.
Might spend another night, even though the cabin feels weird, not totally my home, but certainly a little more spacious!
