For both. My MBL crocs aren’t shot, but a fresh start makes sense. As for tires, I’m bringing btwxd with me for the following reasons
1) It gets awesome mileage (around 70something, but likely higher with these tires and mild asphalt commuting)
2) It’s smaller than other bikes and easier to cover, park, bop around on
3) It doesn’t have much for luggage capacity, protection from weather, but that’s what the car is for. It needs to be driven weekly, so errands happen then
4) And YES, it’s just so dang fun, I’m not ready to put it up for winter. The new tires will be perfect for the MidCoast asphalt and weather, and won’t destroy the MOTOZ nobbies that will go back on early summer for off-road riding.
Start date pushed to 25th in order for the physical to happen and “get me in the system”. Delighted to have some time to nest, settle, adjust. Packing commences
